Contact Interawards

Questions about the awards cycle, entry process or archive usually come up before a submission goes in. Write to us about category fit, file specs, rights clearance, jury scoring, the shortlist archive, the deadline calendar or the printed annual.

The address below is a mailing address only. It is not an office, store or pickup point, and there is nothing to visit.

Ways to reach the team

Mailing address
Av. Corrientes 1235, Piso 8, C1043 Buenos Aires, Argentina

What to include in your message

  • The category you are considering and what the work actually is.
  • The file format and resolution you plan to submit.
  • Any typeface, image or collaborator credit that needs clearance.
  • Whether you are entering as a studio, an in-house team or a student.

A specific question gets a more useful answer than a general one. Before writing, it helps to look at the current categories and the deadline calendar so your question lands on the right part of the cycle.

Ask before you submit

Most questions we get are specific: whether a project sits in packaging or digital craft, how a rights clearance line should read, or what the archive holds from a given cycle. Write it out plainly and send it through the form.

The address above is a mailing address only. Nothing is received or collected there in person.

Submitting saves your enquiry in our server log and opens a confirmation page. This is not an award entry; the form does not send an automatic email. See our Privacy Policy.

Before you write to us

Most questions we get are about a specific entry, not the program in general. If you can put the practical details in your message, we can point you to the right part of the cycle instead of sending you back for more information.

Nothing here is a requirement. Send what you have.

  • Category and format

Name the category you are aiming at and the format of the work: a printed identity, a packaging line, a motion piece, a type family, a digital build. If you are unsure whether the work fits, describe what it actually is and we can tell you where it lands.

  • File specs

Resolution, color profile, export settings, running time for motion. If a file is still being prepared, say so and describe what you plan to send.

  • Rights and credits

Typefaces, licensed imagery, collaborators, client permission. Mention anything you are still clearing so we know where the entry stands.

  • Deadlines

Which cutoff you are working toward, and whether the submission is already in progress or still being assembled.

  • Archive and annual

If your question is about a past shortlist entry, jury notes or the printed annual, include the cycle and category so we can look it up.

  • What you want back

A clarification, a pointer to the right page, or a note on whether something is worth entering. Say which, and we will answer that rather than something adjacent.

Write to support@interawards.com or call +54 11 5386-7385. The mailing address on file is Av. Corrientes 1235, Piso 8, C1043 Buenos Aires, Argentina, and it is used for correspondence only.

Where to send a question

Interawards keeps one mailing address for the awards cycle. It is a postal address for correspondence, not a studio you can drop into, and there is no counter, pickup point or scheduled visit attached to it. If your question is about category fit, file specs, rights clearance or the deadline calendar, writing to us is the right move.

The same contact channels handle archive requests, jury note questions and questions about the printed annual. Your contact message is saved in a server log, but no award entry or user account is created.

Before you write

  • Name the category you are asking about, so the reply can be specific.
  • Mention whether the question concerns the technical check or jury scoring.
  • For archive or printed annual requests, include the cycle year you mean.
