Where to reach the platform

Assistance on the assistance page is written guidance, not a desk you call. If a question is still open after reading the category descriptions and file requirements, the contact details below are the channels that exist.

Postal address

Av. Corrientes 1235, Piso 8,

There is no live chat, no scheduled call and no account dashboard behind these channels. Written questions about file specs, category fit or rights clearance go to the email above; the phone line is the same contact point in voice form.

Where to take a question during submission

Interawards runs without account dashboards, live chat or scheduled calls. What exists is written guidance tied to the technical check: file specs, category fit and rights clearance. If something in your entry is unclear, that first stage is where it gets addressed, before any jury sees the work.

There is no tracking and no promised response time. The platform is built for independent studios, in-house teams and students who want clear rules rather than a support desk.

What you can actually do

  • Read the category descriptions first

Each category states what belongs in it and what does not. Picking the right one is the most common fix before a cutoff.

  • Check the file requirements

Resolution, color profile and export settings are listed per category. Reviewers open every file at print scale, so the specs matter.

  • Settle rights and credits before submitting

Typefaces, stock imagery and collaborator names need to be cleared and credited. Missing clearance stalls an entry before scoring.

  • Write to us if a rule is genuinely unclear

For questions about category fit or rights that the published descriptions do not cover, email support@interawards.com or call +54 11 5386-7385.

What you can send, and where it goes

Assistance on this platform is written guidance, not a desk you call. If a question comes up while you prepare an entry, it usually falls into one of three areas: how a file should be exported, whether a project belongs in the category you picked, or what counts as cleared rights for a typeface, image or collaborator credit.

Write to us with the category name, the file format you are working in, and a short note on what is unclear. That is enough for us to point you to the right part of the published requirements. There is no account to open, no tracking number and no scheduled call.

For anything about categories, file specs or rights clearance, the contact page is the place to write it down. Submissions themselves still go through the entry process before the next cutoff.
