The contact form collects your name, email address, selected topic and message; a phone number may be included optionally. Successful messages are recorded in a restricted server-side log together with the date and the language used. This form does not accept project files or complete awards entries.
The web server may maintain standard access and security logs, including IP address and browser information. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and a stylesheet runtime from jsDelivr; their servers may receive request and connection details. The contact log records only the form fields, timestamp and language. This site does not implement a separate analytics tracker.
The site stores your cookie-banner selection in a first-party cookie and browser local storage under the key visitor_preferences_saved. The cookie lasts up to one year; the local-storage value remains until cleared. No advertising or cross-site tracking is implemented by this site. You can clear the preference in your browser settings.
We use contact information to review and, where appropriate, respond to your enquiry, and to keep an operational record of the request. The confirmation page means the message was saved locally; it is not proof of an awards entry or a promise that an email response has been sent.
Information about shortlisted work and the printed annual describes the awards program. Contact form messages and personal contact details are not published in the archive. Any separate submission process must provide its own applicable terms and privacy information.
This website does not create user accounts, accept project uploads, send automated newsletters or sell contact details. It does store submitted contact messages in a server-side log; no email is automatically sent by the form handler.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information and exercise other rights that apply under your local data-protection law. We will assess each request according to the applicable rules.
Hosting providers may process server data to operate and secure the website. Contact messages are kept in local server logs and are not automatically forwarded to an email service. We do not sell these details or use them for advertising.

We do not use misleading claims, invented urgency, fake endorsements or implied affiliation with brands we have no relationship with. Nothing on this site guarantees an award outcome. The jury decides, and the archive records what it decided.
